Ieri leggevo casualmente la ricetta di una torta morbida e senza lievito, mi ha subito convinta, anche se personalmente ho dimezzato le dosi di burro e zucchero ed ho pensato bene di accompagnare questo impasto con della mermellata di cotogne per svuotare un vesetto aperto da tempo e per consumare delle prugne chiare mature.  Mi ritengo ben soddisfatta del risultato!

Ingredienti per 4 tortine:

120g di farina
60 g di burro montato
60 g di zucchero
2 uova intere
aroma di limone
4 cucchiai di marmellata , io ho usato le cotogne ma ben vengano altri gusti !
Spicchi di frutta fresca, io ho usato le prugne, ma direi che anche mele pere o pesche siano buone


  1. Montiamo il burro
  2. Aggiungiamo zucchero e farina, aroma di limone e uova e lavoriamo abbondantemente con le fruste
  3. Versiamo il composto in 4 stampini da sformato ( il mio in silicone vede di tutto: sformatini, muffins, crostatine........... )
  4. Facciamo cadere un cucchiaio di marmellata al centro del composto, pian piano affonderà !
