Their achievement need: 2 egg whites

1. Melt the chocolate, I used dark chocolate 70%, coarsely chopped, placed in a ceramic bowl covered with foil and melted at 270 W for 3 minutes.
2. I brushed the sides of the ramekins with the chocolate and I put it aside to solidify
