For purely techniques (digital and "eats" batteries galore) I miss the pictures of the steps, although in reality we are talking about a single and one step!
60/70 g per person spelled
3 / 4 small potatoes per person
40 g peas per person (a handful)
6 / 7 baby carrots from steam to a little person
salt, a little oil
- In a large bowl soak the farro with a pinch of baking optional
- we put in a bowl suitable for microwave (I used the ceramic plate that you see in the picture ) peeled potatoes, peel the carrots and peas, covered with foil for 7 minutes at 680W
- remove the foil and sisponiamo spelled sopra le verdure, copriamo con acqua, mettiamo olio e sale e chiudiamo in forno, la cottura la impostiamo per 10 minuti a 600/700 w
