 
  Ingredients: 
  500 ml vegetable cream 
  2 egg whites 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 70 g 
  icing sugar 70 g cocoa 
  chocolate 
 -  Whip the cream with the vanilla for a long time to obtain hard
-  Beat the egg whites and icing sugar, until stiff steadfast
-  incorporate the two compounds working with a spatula, then divide it in half and leave a bowl in the refrigerator, let's add in the other chocolate. We have in the fridge too.
-  melt the chocolate with a brush and flatten the strips of melted chocolate in the shape of a rectangle on waxed paper and allow to just hard to gently pull the paper.
-  on a tray, spread the first rectangle of chocolate, let a layer of ice cream with chocolate
-  Place the second rectangle of chocolate and the white compound on versiamoci
-  still a layer of chocolate and finish with the last layer of chocolate ice cream.
-  Level the surface and sides of cake.
-  Decorate cake with a normal syringe.
