Eggplant tomato sauce in the microwave



New house, new kitchen
,
new oven! strictly Microwave!

qesto timeless star of the dish is a summer kitchen and if I realize it only takes a few minutes is better!

need to realize:
eggplant into chunks
few tablespoons of tomato pulp into cubes of
formeggio baked in oregano flakes

a tablespoon of oil
salt in a bowl


a glass bowl suitable for microwave and grill



  1. We have the pieces in the glass bowl and place it in a 680W microwave for 7 minutes
  2. we oil and salt and cook a few minutes
  3. moved to a suitable bowl and have a layer of eggplant tomato, oregano and cheese, cover with a lid or with a special perforated film
  4. reinforniamo for 12 minutes 45/500 and a half w
  5. before serving remove the film, we put on the raised trrina and spend four minutes under the grill.
