In effetti si trtta dello stesso già postato qualche giorno fa, ma notevolmente alleggerito da grassi,
gusto assolutamente identico !
300 ml vegetable cream
150 ml skimmed milk
aroma of vanilla (optional) 3 egg fresh
1 cucciaino
glucose syrup in any taste
I used cherries and syrup on
(they are single-issue because I do not like chocolate and the like)
- We're going to whip the cream with milk, and here you have trtta a little bit of patience, the cream "lighter" needs a few more minutes. Beat the egg whites until stiff
- steadfast with glucose
- We're going to gently incorporate the two compounds
- poured on the bottom of a cake tin, and a little bit of cherry syrup (but you can put anything, like hazelnuts, hazelnuts, chocolate chips, red berries .............)
- we put half of the other dadere syrup
- We're going to pay the rest of the mixture into the mold, trimmed, cover and ... away in freezer for at least 3 hours.
- Invert the mold, drawing out and serve!
