potatoes and herb-crusted ice



A plate very fast, easy to prepare, an alternative idea to eat leftover vegetables.

200g boiled potatoes and mix
100/150 g chard
200 g of pasta brisa




  1. boil the potatoes and pass them, I do before I have to smoothies, and I lightly salted
  2. I took my chard, I seasoned with granulated garlic and pepper
  3. I divided all the ingredients ingredients into 8 parts
  4. I took a dose of potato , I made a ball, and I squeezed in the palm of the hand
  5. I put in the middle dose of vegetables and I closed ball.
  6. I put the ball on a potato and I dichetto brise closed, repeating for all portions of the sequence.
  7. I baked for 20 minutes at 200 °
