In this recipe I have long resisted,

  We need 
  500 ml cold cream 3 egg whites 1 tablespoon cold 
  powdered sugar 1 teaspoon of sugar syrup in any 
  taste 
  silicone molds 
 -  Beat the egg whites and half-working now, we begin to add sugar and when it is well fitted, always moving with whips add the glugosio, put in the fridge.
-  Whip cream, if you want you can add the aroma of vanilla
-  Now pour the egg whites into the cream and stir carefully, first with the spatula, then continue with whips.
-  the bottom of the molds we pour the syrup,
-  Put the ice cream into the molds, tamped
-  We put in freezer at least 2 hours before serving.
